Delivery conditions

§ 1. Wat is de levertijd van mijn bestelling?

Between 3 to 6 working days from the day when the product is ordered, your order will be delivered in principle the next day, provided that all products are in stock. If this is not the case, you can optionally choose a free part delivery. Products that are in stock are shipped directly. If you choose Prepay, your order will be shipped as soon as we have received your payment.

§ 2. Hoe plaats ik een bestelling bij

Our complete product range can be found in the online shop. Here you can find, view, and compare products. To order a product, click on the ' Place in shopping cart ' button. If you want to order multiple products, click on the ' Continue shopping ' button. All product prices include VAT.
To place an order on Bluedigit you do not need an account.

How to place an order is described below:

  • Step 1: Click on the "in Cart" button on the item you want, you will see the "my Shopping cart" screen with an overview of your order. If you want to order multiple items you can click on "Continue shopping" (bottom right of the screen). If you have received a discount code, you can fill it out now.
  • Step 2: Enter your billing address now.
  • Step 3: Enter your shipping address now.
  • Step 4: Choose your shipping method now. You are now in the payment screen. Select your bank and click Continue.
  • Step 5: Choose your payment method here.
  • Step 6: Verify that all data is correct and click ' Order '.
  • Step 7: You are now in the secure Internet environment of your bank. Follow the usual procedure to successfully complete the order.

§ 3. Moet ik verzendkosten betalen?

BlueDigit does not charge shipping costs for the customer.

§ 4. Wat moet ik doen als ik een verkeerde bestelling ontvang?

§ 5. Kan ik een datum kiezen waarop mijn bestelling wordt afgeleverd?

It is not possible to specify a delivery date.

§ 6. Wordt mijn bestelling in één keer bezorgd, ook als ik meerdere artikelen in mijn bestelling heb?

The order will be delivered at one time unless otherwise agreed

§ 7. Door wie wordt mijn bestelling bezorgd?

All orders are delivered by PostNL

For Belgium it applies for Kabir

§ 8. Kan ik mijn bestellingen op een ander adres laten bezorgen?

You have the option of specifying a different delivery address than your billing address. With ' personal data ' you fill in your own details (billing address). You then have two choices:

-Deliver the order at the same address as the billing address
-Delivery of the order at a different address

§ 9. Kan ik een adres van een geplaatste bestelling nog wijzigen?

No, this is not possible. You will have to place a new order.

§ 10. Kan ik mijn bestelling in het buitenland laten afleveren?

Currently we only deliver in the Netherlands and Belgium.

§ 11. Wat moet ik doen als ik mijn bestelling (nog) niet heb ontvangen?

§ 12. Kan ik mijn bestelling als cadeau laten verpakken?

No, this is not yet possible at this time.

§ 13. Wat moet ik doen als mijn bestelling ernstig beschadigd is afgeleverd?

If your order has been badly damaged, you must contact Bluedigit within a competent time after you have received the order.

§ 14. Wat moet ik doen als mijn bestelling vermist is?

Bluedigit is not responsible for the arrival of the package this will have to be arranged between the customer and PostNL and possibly for the compensation.
